SCOTLAND COUNTY, N.C. (WPDE) — Scotland County Sheriff’s Office Detective Christopher Maurice Omeni has been arrested and charged with four felony counts of perjury, according to Scotland County Sheriff’s Office Captain Randy Dover.
Dover said Friday the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office arrested Omeni.
