White Oak Elementary students inspected all kinds of heavy equipment and first-responder vehicles, making more than a little noise as they tried their hand at blasting the air horns and running the sirens.
Vehicle Day was held April 29 for students in grades pre-kindergarten through second. The event featured several vehicles and equipment that gave children the chance to see, touch and explore tools used by professionals across the community.
