Two people arrested after 125 MPH police chase ends in drug bust in South Carolina

SOUTH CAROLINA — Two people were arrested after Greenville County deputies stopped a vehicle traveling 125 mph on Interstate 385 over the weekend, according to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said a traffic unit deputy was traveling southbound on I-385 when a vehicle passed at what officials described as an “extremely dangerous speed” of 125 mph.

The deputy stopped the vehicle and arrested the driver on a speeding charge…
