FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Over 600 drivers were contacted during a DUI checkpoint in Fresno on Saturday, the Fresno Police Department announced.
Police say from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m., they held a DUI checkpoint at Jensen and Cherry avenues, during which 635 vehicles were contacted.
As a result, officers report that 41 drivers were cited for driving unlicensed or with a suspended/revoked license, and eight drivers were arrested on a charge of DUI…
