NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public of several imposter scams involving individuals claiming to be officers or other law enforcement officials to scam people out of their money.
The service says that callers are using the name Denny King or the USMS to scare members of the public that they have pending civil or criminal subpoenas, have missed jury duty or have other court-related matters pending against them.
