WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Wichita police responded after a man walked into Wesley West ER just before 10:30 a.m. Sunday with a gunshot wound to his upper back, an injury he’d reportedly suffered earlier in the morning about 30 miles away, in Conway Springs.
WPD learned the man had come from Conway Springs after being wounded and relayed the information to Conway Springs police, who then opened an investigation.
