SALEM, Ore. (KATU) — Salem city leaders are preparing to decide whether stricter rules are needed inside council chambers.
Officials will decide Tuesday whether to ban profanity during public comment, expand removal powers for disruptive attendees, and add metal detectors and ban guns at public meetings.
