Loudoun County Detectives Seek More Victims in Rental Scam Case

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help after a Sterling woman was indicted in an alleged rental fraud scheme.

Forty-five-year-old Kimberly Vu was indicted by a Loudoun County grand jury on 26 charges, including obtaining money by false pretenses. Investigators say Vu posed as a real estate agent and advertised homes, townhouses, and rooms for rent.
