Dutch Bros Coffee has taken steps toward building two of its at least 14 area locations opened or planned in Northeast Florida.
The city issued a permit May 8 for Tatco Construction LLC a 986-square-foot drive-thru and walk-up kiosk on 0.78 acre in West Jacksonville at a project cost of $669,885.
