The city is reviewing a permit application for UF Health Jacksonville to build-out the second-floor space at its project west of the Intracoastal Waterway at an estimated project cost of almost $2.83 million.
Marand Builders Inc. of Jacksonville Beach is the contractor for the build-out of 12,500 square feet on the second floor for the UF Health Intracoastal Primary Care center at 13701 Atlantic Blvd.
