A Brookston, Indiana woman was arrested Friday afternoon after multiple 911 callers reported a vehicle speeding and weaving through traffic on Interstate 65 in Clark County.
At approximately 4:34 p.m. on May 22, 2026, Trooper Taylor Wolfe overheard radio traffic regarding a silver Chevrolet Camaro traveling southbound near the 13‑mile marker at a high rate of speed and making unsafe lane changes. A Sellersburg Police unit also reported the vehicle driving recklessly near the 8.6‑mile marker.
Trooper Wolfe located the Camaro near the 6.5‑mile marker and attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle continued southbound at speeds estimated between 120 and 130 mph.
