COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – A man died in a crash that closed a portion of Interstate 29 in Council Bluffs Monday afternoon.
According to Council Bluffs Police, northbound I-29 was closed at 25th Street for an injury accident at about 4:30 p.m. Monday.
