(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office reported just before 11 p.m. on Monday that 19-year-old Joe was found and is safe.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing at-risk 19-year-old last seen in Security-Widefield.
According to EPSO, 19-year-old Joe was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and striped pajama pants. EPSO said Joe often wears headphones.
Joe is described as an adult man, 5’6″ tall and weighing 150 pounds with brown eyes and short brown hair. EPSO said Joe is considered at-risk due to intellectual disabilities and the fact that he takes medication.
