Boise Fire rescues paddleboarder trapped in Boise River

BOISE, Idaho — Boise Fire rescued a woman Monday evening from the Boise River after she fell off a paddleboard and became trapped in a tree.

The Boise Fire Department said crews responded around 5:50 p.m. near Baybrook Court to a call of a woman paddleboarding on the Boise River who had fallen off her board and was hanging onto a tree, unable to get out.
