PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Neighbors in the Bethany area are sounding the alarm, claiming kids on what appeared to be electric bikes or motorbikes are terrorizing people.
KOIN 6 News morning anchor Mia Villanueva was on her way to work Monday at around 4 a.m., when she says a group of boys riding on similar vehicles threw rocks and a ball at her car.
She swerved out of the way and is glad other cars weren’t on the road. Villanueva posted about the incident on social media, and found out others had similar experiences. Some were saying things escalated in recent months.
