Portland businesses, community groups form coalition to support Moda Center renovation

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A group of Portland restaurants, businesses and community organizations announced on Thursday that they have formed a coalition to urge city leaders to support the Moda Center renovation project.

The group, called “We Are Rip City,” said they have launched with a website and an email campaign asking Portland Mayor Keith Wilson and the Portland City Council to support the project.
