HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Rain through western North Carolina on Monday led to several cleanup efforts as some mountain communities saw flooding that damaged homes, roads and businesses.
In Gerton, residents said the heavy rain brought back painful memories of Helene as communities still rebuilding from past storm damage faced flooding once again.
