Reedy River Retail, the retail leasing and investment division of SVN | Palmetto, announced May 26 it has fully leased a property at 123 E. Curtis St. in downtown Simpsonville.
The building, which used to house the Koinophobic Boutique, was purchased by a group of local investors. It will be subdivided and renovated in preparation to welcome NEAT Bourbon Bar and Indigo Kitchen.
