Court docs: Trucker flew to Florida after co-worker’s body dumped along central Pennsylvania road

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A truck driver from California is accused of killing and dumping his co-worker’s body along a central Pennsylvania road over Memorial Day weekend, court documents obtained Tuesday show.

Ilia Romanchenko, 25, of California, was taken into custody Sunday at 4:19 a.m. in Florida by Miami-Dade County Sheriff deputies after he flew there from Philadelphia, the affidavit of probable cause filed by Pennsylvania State Police shows.
