LINCOLN, Neb. — Several Lincoln city pools have reopened after a temporary shutdown Monday afternoon.
One of the pools forced to close early Monday was University Place Aquatic Center. Ashley Anway and her family kept driving after seeing crowds Monday, but are thankful it was able to reopen Tuesday.
“We left about 2 o’clock and by the time we got here, we passed by and it was completely packed. To the point where I wouldn’t even stop. I just kept going and went over to Woods, which is a little bit bigger,” Anway said…
