Arrest made after woman found dead in Colorado Springs motel room

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – An arrest has been made after a woman was found dead in a Colorado Springs motel room on May 20.

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers responded to a motel in the 1700 block of South Nevada Avenue, just south of I-25, where they found a woman dead inside a motel room. The homicide unit was called out to assist based on the circumstances.

The El Paso County Coroner’s Office identified the woman as 65-year-old Lauren Jensen-Green. A photo of Jensen-Green, shared by her family, is shown at the top of the article…
