MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Not surprisingly, it is another muggy and mild morning, with temperatures starting in the mid-70s. We are going to be fairly similar to yesterday, and it’s going to feel extremely hot once again. Temperatures will be slightly above average, reaching the mid-80s along the coast and a couple of spots in the Pee Dee around 90°.
Accounting for dew points in the 70s, it is going to feel like 95° to even 100° this afternoon. And of course, like yesterday, scattered showers and several thunderstorms will develop during the afternoon and evening.
Tomorrow is going to be the last extremely hot day. Temperatures and conditions will be about the same as today before a cold front moves through Thursday night into Friday. This will pull temperatures back down into the low- to mid-80s and slightly lower the dew points…
