The vacancy at 469 Bloomfield Avenue will be no more, as Free People – a lifestyle retail store selling women’s clothing and accessories – will open its newest location in the heart of downtown Montclair.
The boho chic retailer is taking street-level space in the building with its Art Deco/ Art Modern facade that formerly housed the Hampton House Furniture Company for 70 years and won a 2024 Preservation Award.
