LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Police are on the scene of a crash near South 13th and High streets.
The crash was reported at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday.
A 10/11 reporter at the scene saw two vehicles that appeared to be involved in the collision: one with front-end damage and another with damage to its side.
