Amsterdam, NY (WRGB) — Two separate reports of inappropriate sexual conduct in Amsterdam led to the arrest of a 63-year-old man now facing a felony attempted rape charge.
63-year-old Rohan Moonisar of Amsterdam, was arrested May 26, 2026, on Guy Park Avenue Ext in Amsterdam, according to police. He is charged with attempted rape, first degree, forcible compulsion, and forcible touching.
