BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Taste of Buffalo on Wednesday announced the participants for this year’s festival, which will be held in downtown Buffalo on July 11 and July 12.
A total of 42 restaurants will be participating, with 13 taking part in the festival for the first time.
“The culinary scene is one of the best things about Buffalo and all of Western New York and this year’s selection of diverse and delicious foods is what makes the Taste of Buffalo one of the premier food festivals in the nation,” 2026 Taste of Buffalo Chairperson Adam Roma said. “Our guests can enjoy the incredible food from more than 40 restaurants, including some old friends coming back to the event.”…
