The Russell County High School (RCHS) Percussion Ensemble and Marching Band delivered exceptional performances at the Smoky Mountain Music Festival in Gatlinburg, earning top honors and widespread recognition.
The RCHS Percussion Ensemble received superior ratings from all three judges and secured first place in its division. The RCHS Marching Band also achieved superior ratings from all six judges, with scores in the 90s, earning first place as well.
