The annual Pig in the Park Barbecue Festival and Cookoff was held May 15 & 16 in Williamston’s Mineral Spring Park. The event featured a weekend of championship cooking along with barbecue, food sales, vendor market and other activities. The event is sponsored by The Williamston Masonic Lodge.
Grand Champion was John Stone S&M BBQ. Reserve Grand Champion was Gene Culbertson Backwoods Bar-B-Que.
