When it’s time to toast, Franklin’s options have exploded in recent years. Once upon a time, the town had a cozy way of winding down: an early dinner rush, a night cap at home, and lights out not long after the sun went down. But as neighborhoods expanded and travelers continued coming to town, residents started swapping their couch cocktail for an after-dinner drink at the local bar that opened up around the corner. They pushed their bedtime routine in favor of lingering out longer. They started seeking out craft cocktails in lieu of a cold Bud Light.
And as with most things in Franklin, the town rose to the challenge of the changing landscape of Franklin.
