One of my favorite things about summer in Rockford is that it officially becomes food truck season. The second the weather starts warming up, it feels like food trucks are everywhere!
I love it because there’s always something different to try and it prevents me from ordering takeout from a chain restaurant. If you’re craving tacos, BBQ, loaded fries, smash burgers, grilled cheeses… the options are always available.
