ST PAUL, Minn. — The man accused of killing a bystander during a police chase in December 2024 pleaded guilty this week to fleeing a peace officer resulting in death.
Lorenzo Washington, 30, was charged after prosecutors said he rammed into a parked car during a police chase on Dec. 8, 2024, killing a person sitting inside.
