Albany, NY (WRGB) — A traffic stop at an Albany intersection led to the arrest of a 67-year-old Rensselaer man now facing felony drug possession charges after deputies said they found crack cocaine packaged for distribution.
Albany County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Darryl Moore following a stop conducted by Albany County Sheriff’s deputies at about 6:58 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2026, in the area of Grand Street and Elm Street in the city of Albany.
During the stop, deputies said Moore was found with about 25 grams of crack cocaine. Investigators said the drugs were intended for distribution based on the packaging.
