EAST PENN TWP., Pa. — One person went missing after a raft capsized along the Lehigh River in Carbon County on Wednesday.
According to officials from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, there was a large party of boaters on a raft on the river in East Penn Township when the raft flipped over.
