Families rushed out of their homes on a residential block in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood after a fire spread to four rowhomes early Thursday.
Crews were called to the 300 block of West Wellens Street shortly after 3 a.m. Video on the Citizen App showed heavy flames.
