MONONA, Wis. (CBS 58) — Monona police pulled off something you don’t see every day, using a new device to literally snag a fleeing car during a chase.
Police used a tool called a ‘grappler’ it fires a strap from the front of the squad car that snags the suspect’s back tire and brings the car to a stop.
