OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The storms early last week had Omaha Public Power District crews working hard to restore power, and in some places they didn’t work alone. Subcontractor tree trimmers cut limbs out of the way. But a pair of neighbors were shocked by what they found left behind.
Large limbs were not blown down but cut down by an OPPD tree trimming subcontractor near 12th and Bancroft.
