NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans said two neighborhoods have taken priority atop its contractor list for catch basin cleaning.
SWBNO executive director Randy Hayman told City Council members earlier this month that the utility is prioritizing the Tremé and Lower Garden District neighborhoods.
