SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Repairs have started at Grant Beach Park’s pool in Springfield.
The pool has been closed since April 2025. The city said the pool will stay closed this summer after it sustained damage to the pool house’s roof during severe storms last year. This left restrooms, showers, changing rooms, and operational facilities unusable.
Crews are expected to make repairs through August. The city does not plan to open the pool until next summer in 2027…
