Crews with the City of Boise will remove hundreds of blue metal flappers from an art piece first installed last fall.
The small pieces of metal, which have a blue coating, have been falling off the sculpture to the ground below, and some have seen their blue coating fall off. As BoiseDev reported last week, the city put up signs warning of a possible safety hazard.
