EAST ALLEN TWP., Pa. – A Northampton County cement company is officially under new ownership.
Titan America has completed its acquisition of Keystone Cement Holding, Inc. and Keystone Cement Company LLC.
It’s a $310 million deal that was first announced earlier this year.
