The Durham County Board of Commissioners is meeting Thursday morning to discuss a proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year, as some Durham Public Schools employees say the plan does not include funding for raises they were promised.
At this point, commissioners had not yet begun discussion on the proposed teacher and staff raises during the meeting.
