LEESBURG – A Warsaw man was flown to a Fort Wayne hospital after a motorcycle accident east of Leesburg on Thursday afternoon.
The crash occurred on CR 200E, a quarter-mile south of CR 500N in Plain Township.
At 1:57 p.m. Thursday, May 28, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputies and emergency personnel responded to a single motorcycle accident near the residence of 5943 N. 200E. Emergency personnel arrived on scene and located a Yamaha motorcycle involved in the crash. Preliminary investigation determined the motorcycle was southbound on CR 200E and, for an unknown reason, the bike skidded, causing the bike to lay down.
