Exterior renovations and site enhancements taking shape at Powdersville Plaza as Aston advances the transformation of the Anderson County shopping center. The project includes updated storefront façades, infrastructure upgrades, and the future addition of a new Publix.
The site investment by Charlotte-based Aston reflects its commitment to enhancing established retail centers that serve the everyday needs of the surrounding community while improving the overall customer and tenant experience, according to the company.
“Powdersville Plaza has long served as an important retail destination for the surrounding community, and these improvements reflect Aston’s continued investment in the future of the center,” Barnes Connell, managing director at Aston, said in a news release. “We are proud that the businesses within Powdersville Plaza continue serving customers every day as work moves forward across the property.”
