Pedestrian dies from injuries after being hit by vehicle in Roanoke, police say

ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) — A pedestrian who was seriously injured after he was hit by a vehicle in Roanoke has died, according to police.

The Roanoke Police Department said their officers started a major crash investigation on May 9 after a pedestrian was seriously injured by a vehicle on Campbell Avenue SE in Roanoke.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment, but RPd said he passed away on May 18 from the injuries he suffered in the crash. He was identified as 63-year-old Gary Wayne St. Clair…
