MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Family and friends of 39-year-old Leandre Brown gathered on Thursday night for a balloon release to honor their lost loved one.
Brown was killed early Tuesday morning in a car crash at the intersection of Fond Du Lac Roosevelt.
Family says Brown was known as “Turtle” to his family and friends, and that he leaves behind two kids.
