LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — A Riverview man was found guilty of battery and shooting into an occupied vehicle charges on Friday following an arrest in 2024, according to a news release from the State Attorney’s Office.
The release says that in 2024, Rocco Nicholas Ruzzo, 35, was outside of a residence in Lehigh Acres when he pulled out a gun and shot at a vehicle 10 times. Ruzzo reportedly claimed that he thought the car was associated with another vehicle that he had previously encountered that day.
