Lawsuits against Silfab Solar claim more than $3 million in unpaid bills

FORT MILL, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Several construction companies claim controversial Fort Mill manufacturer, Silfab Solar, owes them more than $3 million in unpaid bills.

“We had a contract,” Kristina Horton said. “We do the work, they [pay] for it. It should be that simple.”
