JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A mother of three from Ohio was last seen in Jacksonville, and her family says she never made it back home.
39-year-old Breanna Andrews, now missing, is 5-feet-6 inches tall, about 160 pounds, with blue eyes and short, curly brown hair. She was last seen wearing a blue tank top and black leggings with two duffel bags.
