(WJAR) — The House Finance Committee is expected to vote on Gov. Dan McKee’s nearly $15 billion budget.
It includes the controversial millionaire’s tax, and a lot more spending.
The millionaire’s tax would raise the top tax bracket to 9 percent for single and joint filers with income more than $1 million.
