TILLAMOOK COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) – A 58-year-old man has been charged with kidnapping two people who were camping in Tillamook County in 2024, the U.S. Attorney’s Office – District of Oregon announced on Thursday.
Gene Arnold McLenithan made his first appearance in federal court on Thursday to be charged in a criminal complaint with kidnapping and attempted abusive sexual contact.
